Exporting from Invivo.

Invivo is widely used for implant planning. Studies saved as .inv files must be exported back to DICOM for radiology reporting.

[ DICOM (.dcm) — export from the .inv case ]

CBCT volumes (3D)

  1. [ 01 ]

    Open the case

Open the patient's volume in Invivo (File → Open, or from the case list).

  2. [ 02 ]

    Export DICOM

File → Save As → DICOM (or File → Export → DICOM). Choose single-file-per-slice, original resolution.

  3. [ 03 ]

    Zip and upload

Compress the export folder to .zip and upload.

[ TIPS ]

  • Do not upload the .inv file itself — it is proprietary. Export to DICOM first.
