Exporting from Sidexis 4.
Sidexis 4 runs Orthophos and Axeos units. Exports use the built-in DICOM wizard and work for both panoramic images and 3D volumes.

In the timeline/light-table, select the CBCT (3D) exam — do not open a single slice view for export.
[ 02 ]
Run the DICOM export wizard
Export → 'Export as DICOM'. Choose 'DICOM DVD / directory' style export, full volume, lossless. Sidexis writes a DICOMDIR plus slice files.

Zip and upload
Compress the entire export folder to a single .zip and upload it.
[ TIPS ]
- Include the DICOMDIR file if Sidexis creates one — it helps our systems assemble the volume.
- Third-party viewer executables (e.g. Sidexis iX viewer) can be excluded to keep the zip smaller.
